WHAT TO EXPECT

Wondering what you'll need to bring?  What amenities are available?  Who delivers pizza?  Here are a few suggestions and info:

The Kitchen will include:

• A few soda, bottled water and beer are in the fridge.
• Light Breakfast items; Cold Cereal, Oatmeal, Coffee, Coffee filters, Creamer
• Condiments, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo
• Appliances; Microwave, Coffee Maker, Ice maker, Toaster, Blender
• Paper plates, plastic silverware, glasses, wine glasses, stoneware, silverware,
• Pots, pans and utensils for cooking

Five Bedrooms and four Bathrooms:

• 4 bedrooms share 2 upper bathrooms
• Lower bedroom has a small connecting bath
• Additional 4th bathroom is located next to the mud room
• Linens, blankets and pillows
• TV/DVD (satellite in rooms not yet provided- but a variety of DVDs are in each room)
• Individual A/C unit and alarm clock radio
• Towels and wash cloths
• Toiletries- Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Toothpaste and Hair dryers.

The Rest of the House

• Satellite TV in the Living room
• Dining room seating for about 10
• WI-FI with a printer

Outside

• Wading pond
• BBQ Grills and charcoal
• Horse shoe pits and baseball gloves
• Tubs and coolers for Soda/Beer
• Picnic table and seating
• 2 6ft portable tables and about 24 folding chairs
• Air compressor and battery charger (in the corn crib)
• 2 old school style bikes for touring the countryside

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Food and beverages
2. Your cell phone (no land line)
3. Don't forget your race car, camera or back pack!

Other information:

• Fox's Pizzeria in Berryville delivers (540) 955-3697 (it may take up to an hour- plan accordingly!)
• The best spots for cell coverage at The Paddock are on the back deck and in the front yard.
• We are a working horse farm.
