Step 1: Check availability by clicking on the calendar icon below.
Step 2: Upon confirmation of availability (I will call or e-mail you to confirm your dates),
* Pay the $250 security deposit to secure your reservation dates. To use VISA/MC/PayPal click on the BuyNow icon below.
Step 3: Two weeks prior to your stay (you can do it now if you prefer) * Pay the rental fee of $1000 by check or by clicking the BuyNow Paddock Inn icon below. * Send a signed copy of the Rental Agreement (you can download the document link, print it, sign it and fax it to 703-330-0522)
Your Rental Agreement and payment must be received 2 weeks prior to your check in date.
